Section 30-3-108 - Requirements as to buildings generally; fire resistant structures required(a) Buildings shall be constructed and located in a manner consistent with recognized good mining practice. (b) The inspector shall establish by rule requirements for fire resistant structures for areas in proximity to underground mine openings.
