Section 30-3-101 - Applicability of W.S. 30-3-101 through 30-3-509(a)W.S. 30-3-101 through 30-3-509 apply to all mines and mining operations except where:(i) A statute refers to a specific type of mine or mining operation; or(ii) By the nature of the mine or mining operation, a statute can have no application.
