Section 27-3-407 - Right to judicial review; appeal to supreme court; entry of order by commission(a) Any person aggrieved or adversely affected by a final decision under this act may obtain judicial review by filing a petition for review with the district court of jurisdiction. Review by the court shall be as provided by the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and shall be given precedence over all other civil cases except those under the Wyoming Worker's Compensation Act. (b) A decision of the district court may be appealed to the supreme court. The appeal shall be taken in the same manner as other civil cases. (c) Exceptions to the ruling of the commission and posting of bond are not required to initiate a proceeding for judicial review or to enter an appeal from the decision of the court. The commission shall enter an order in accordance with the court decision.
