Section 26-13-109 - Unfair discrimination prohibited(a) No person shall make or permit any unfair discrimination between current or prospective insureds or insured risks: (i) Repealed by Laws 2023, ch. 32,§ 2;(ii) Of the same class, having similar insuring or risk characteristics and of essentially the same hazard in: (A) The amount of premium, policy fees or rates charged for any policy or contract of insurance;(B) The dividends or benefits payable thereunder;(C) Any of the terms or conditions of the contract; or(b) Repealed by Laws 2023, ch. 32,§ 2.Amended by Laws 2023, ch. 32,§ 1 and 2, eff. 7/1/2023.
