Section 25-10-105 - Duties of department of health as to state hospital(a) The department shall: (i) Adopt standards governing the state hospital;(ii) Visit the state hospital to review methods of treatment of patients; and(iii) Investigate complaints made by or on behalf of state hospital patients.
