Section 17-4-301 - Securities registration requirement(a) It is unlawful for a person to offer or sell a security in this state unless: (i) The security is a federal covered security;(ii) The security, transaction, or offer is exempted from registration under W.S. 17-4-201 through 17-4-204; or(iii) The security is registered under this act.Added by Laws 2016 , ch. 22, § 1, eff. 7/1/2017.
