Section 14-6-701 - Short title; purpose(a) This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Wyoming Indian Child Welfare Act."(b) The purpose of this act is to codify the federal Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 into state law.Added by Laws 2023, ch. 154,§ 1, eff. 3/9/2023, app. 7/1/2023.
