Section 14-6-205 - Taking of child into custody; when permitted(a) A child may be taken into custody by a law enforcement officer without a warrant or court order when: (i) The circumstances would permit an arrest without a warrant under W.S. 7-2-102;(ii) There are reasonable grounds to believe the child has violated the terms of an order of the juvenile court issued pursuant to this act; or (iii) Repealed By Laws 1997, ch. 199, § 3. (iv) The child's conduct or behavior seriously endangers himself or the person or property of others and immediate custody appears necessary. (v) Repealed By Laws 1997, ch. 199, § 3.
