Section 14-2-802 - Standing to maintain proceeding(a) Subject to article 5 of this act and W.S. 14-2-807 and 14-2-809, a proceeding to adjudicate parentage may be maintained by:(ii) The mother of the child;(iii) A man whose paternity of the child is to be adjudicated;(iv) The child support enforcement agency;(v) An authorized adoption agency or licensed childplacing agency; or(vi) A representative authorized by law to act for an individual who would otherwise be entitled to maintain a proceeding but who is deceased, incapacitated or a minor.
