Section 11-40-109 - Termination of existence of committee(a) Repealed By Laws 2010, Ch. 69, § 204.(b) If the sales volume falls below one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) for three (3) successive years, the existence of the committee shall terminate on July 1 of the fourth year.
