Section 10-3-204 - Termination of commission(a) Repealed By Laws 2008, Ch. 44, § 2.(b) Effective January 1, 1997, the aeronautics commission created under this chapter shall continue with the powers, duties and authority it possessed prior to January 1, 1997.
