Section 341.01 - Words and phrases defined(1) Words and phrases defined in s. 340.01 are used in the same sense in this chapter unless a different definition is specifically provided.(2) In this chapter: (af) "Former military vehicle" means a vehicle, including a trailer but excluding a tracked vehicle, that was manufactured for use in any country's military forces.(b) Notwithstanding s. 340.01(42) , "owner" means, with respect to a vehicle that is leased to a lessee for a period of one year or more, the lessee of the vehicle for purposes of vehicle registration under this chapter.Amended by Acts 2013 ch, 377,s 8, eff. 5/24/2014.Amended by Acts 2013 ch, 103,s 3, eff. 3/1/2014.
