Section 4.31 - Thirty-first assembly districtAll of the following territory constitutes the 31st assembly district:
(1) ROCK COUNTY. That part of Rock County consisting of all of the following: (a) The towns of Bradford and Clinton.(b) The village of Clinton.(2) WALWORTH COUNTY.
