Section 145.165 - Automatic fire sprinkler fitter-maintenance only registration(1) An automatic fire sprinkler fitter-maintenance only registration certificate is required for any person who is employed to maintain automatic fire sprinkler systems by a business establishment registered under s. 145.175. The department shall, by rule, specify the requirements for issuing an automatic fire sprinkler fitter-maintenance only registration certificate and specify the activities in which a person holding a certificate under this section may engage.(2) This section does not apply to any person registered under s. 145.16 or licensed under s. 145.17(2).
