Section 29.334 - Hunting and trapping; treatment of wild animals(1) A person who hunts or traps any game animal or fur-bearing animal shall kill the animal when it is taken and make it part of the daily bag or shall release the game animal or fur-bearing animal.(2) A person who violates sub.
