Section 700.28 - Prohibiting unreasonable restrictions on alienation of property(1) In this section, "political subdivision" means a city, village, town, or county.(2) A political subdivision may not prohibit or unreasonably restrict a real property owner from alienating any interest in the real property.Added by Acts 2015 ch, 391,s 33, eff. 4/28/2016.
