Section 177.0214 - Distributions by certain insurance company activities(1) Subject to s. 177.0210, property distributable in the course of a demutualization of an insurance company is presumed abandoned.(2) Subject to s. 177.0210, property distributable in the course of the dissolution of the Health Insurance Risk-Sharing Plan under 2013 Wisconsin Act 20, section 9122 (1L), and 2013 Wisconsin Act 116, section 32 (1) (b), is presumed abandoned.Added by Acts 2021 ch, 87,s 62, eff. 11/7/2021.
