Section 224.42 - Disclosure of financial records for Medical Assistance and food stamp program eligibility(1) DEFINITIONS. In this section:(a) "Financial institution" has the meaning given in s. 49.45(4m) (a) 3(b) "Financial record" has the meaning given in 12 USC 3401(2).(2) FINANCIAL RECORD MATCHING AGREEMENTS. A financial institution is required to enter into an agreement with the department of health services under ss. 49.45(4m) and 49.79(1t).(3) LIMITED LIABILITY.
