Section 187.30 - Definitions applicable to liability-related provisions In ss. 187.30 to 187.33:
(1) "Director" means an individual who is serving as a director of an incorporated Roman Catholic church under s. 187.19(5).(2) "Incorporated Roman Catholic church" has the meaning given in s. 187.20(3).(3) "Officer" means an individual who is serving as a president, vice president, treasurer or secretary of an incorporated Roman Catholic church under s. 187.19(4).
