Section 185.045 - Reserved or registered name

Sections 180.0122 (1m) (c) to (i), 180.0402 and 180.0403 (2), (3), (3m) and (4) (b) apply to cooperatives, with the word "cooperative" substituted for the words "corporate" and "corporation".
