Section 237.13 - Exemption(1) In this section, "lock structure" includes a spillway of a lock and excludes the canal body of a lock.(2) Any activity or work that is performed on a lock structure that is part of the navigational system is exempt from any permit or other approval required under ch. 30 or 31.
