Section 287.095 - Responsible unit liability(1) DEFINITION. In this section, "responsible unit official" means any officer, official, agent or employee of a responsible unit engaged in the planning, management, operation or approval of a recycling program or recycling site or facility.(2) EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY.
