In this chapter, unless the context indicates otherwise:
(1) "Adjuster" means any person who represents an insurer or an insured in negotiations for the settlement of a claim against the insurer arising out of the coverage provided by an insurance policy.(3) "Agent" means an intermediary as defined in s. 628.02(4).
