Section 41.56 - Public service requirement(1) The board shall by rule define "public service" for the purpose of this section.(2) Every recipient of a grant awarded by the board under the board's general grants program or community arts program from the appropriation under s. 20.380(3) (b) shall perform a public service that shall be mutually agreed upon by the board and the grant recipient at the time the grant is awarded.1981 c. 20; 2011 a. 32 ss. 1207 to 1208; Stats. 2011 s. 41.56.
