Section 6B-2A-1 - [Repealed Effective 6/6/2024] Legislative rules; revocation of existing commission emergency rules; manner of reporting(a) West Virginia ethics commission emergency rule one hundred fifty-eight is hereby revoked.(b) Any disclosure form, statement or report required under any provision of this chapter shall be made in a manner prescribed by legislative rule of the commission.Repealed by 2024 Acts, ch.
