Section 64-9-7 - West Virginia Board of Licensed Dietitians(a) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on April 25, 2023, authorized under the authority of § 30-35-4 of this code, modified by the West Virginia Board of Licensed Dietitians to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 11, 2023, relating to the West Virginia Board of Licensed Dietitians (licensure and renewal requirements, 31 CSR 01), is authorized with the following amendment: On page 2, paragraph 4.1.2.3., by striking out "$50" and inserting in lieu thereof "$46".(b) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on April 25, 2023, authorized under the authority of § 30-35-4 of this code, modified by the West Virginia Board of Licensed Dietitians to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 11, 2023, relating to the West Virginia Board of Licensed Dietitians (continuing professional education requirements, 31 CSR 05), is authorized.(c) The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 28, 2023, authorized under the authority of § 30-35-4 of this code, relating to the West Virginia Board of Licensed Dietitians (telehealth practice, requirements, and definitions, 31 CSR 07), is authorized.Amended by 2024 Acts, ch.
