Section 64-9-2 - West Virginia Board of AcupunctureThe legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 28, 2023, authorized under the authority of § 30-36-7 of this code, modified by the West Virginia Board of Acupuncture to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 22, 2023, relating to the West Virginia Board of Acupuncture (applications for licensure to practice acupuncture, 32 CSR 03), is authorized.
