Section 48-1-222 - Domestic relations action defined"Domestic relations action" means an action:
(2) To have a marriage annulled;(3) To be granted separate maintenance;(4) To establish paternity;(5) To establish and enforce child or spousal support, including actions brought under the provisions of the uniform interstate family support act; and(6) To allocate custodial responsibility and determine decision-making responsibility, or to otherwise determine child custody, as in an action petitioning for a writ of habeas corpus wherein the issue is child custody.
