Section 33-12B-8 - License fees(a) The annual fee for an individual adjuster license shall be $25.(b) The annual fee for a business entity adjuster license shall be $200.(c) The fee for a temporary emergency adjuster license shall be $25.(d) All fees collected pursuant to this section shall be used for the purposes set forth in §33-3-13 of this code.Amended by 2020 Acts, ch. 201 (HB 4502), eff. 6/4/2020.
