Section 30-13A-19 - Display of license, endorsement and certificate of authorization(a) The board shall prescribe the form for a license, endorsement and certificate of authorization and may issue a duplicate license, endorsement and certificate of authorization upon payment of a fee.(b) A licensee, endorsee and certificate holder shall conspicuously display his or her license, endorsement or certificate of authorization at his or her principal place of practice.
