Section 29-22E-19 - Civil penalties(a) The commission may impose, on any person who violates the provisions of this article, a civil penalty not to exceed $50,000 for each violation. Such penalty shall be imposed on all individuals and is not limited to individuals licensed under this article.(b) The provisions of §29A-5-1 et seq. of this code apply to any civil penalty imposed pursuant to the provisions of this section.Added by 2019 Acts, ch. 128 (HB 2934), eff. 6/7/2019.
