Section 21-5G-4 - Criminal penalty

A labor organization, employer, public body or other person directly or indirectly violating this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $500 nor more than $5,000. Each day that any labor organization, employer, public body or other person is in violation of the provisions of this article is considered a separate and distinct offense for purposes of this section.
