Section 19-38-2 - Definitions(a) "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Agriculture, or his or her designee.(b) "Department" means the West Virginia Department of Agriculture.(c) "Fund" means the Agriculture Investment Fund created by this article.(d) "Program" means the West Virginia Agriculture Investment Program created by this article.Added by 2021 Acts, ch. 7 (HB 2633), eff. 7/5/2021.
