Section 18C-7-4 - Dissolution of the PROMISE Scholarship Board; transfer of funds(a) The West Virginia PROMISE Scholarship Board is hereby dissolved.(b) All funds administered by the former PROMISE Scholarship Board shall be administered by the Higher Education Policy Commission.
