The authority shall report to the Legislative Oversight Commission on Education Accountability regarding its duties under this article, including but not limited to:
(1) County school access safety plans or annual plan updates;(2) Allocations, transfers, and disbursements of School Access Safety Fund moneys; and(3) Collaboration with the state board and the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management in complying with the provisions of this article.
