Current through 2024 First Special Session
All personnel of a nursing home by virtue of ownership, employment, engagement, or agreement with a provider or contractor shall be subject to the provisions of the West Virginia Clearance for Access: Registry and Employment Screening Act, § 16B-15-1et seq. of this code and the rules promulgated pursuant thereto.
