Section 16-57-4 - [Repealed Effective 5/30/2024] Rulemaking

The Department of Education, acting in conjunction with the Department of Health, may propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with §29A-3-1 et seq. of this code that are necessary to effectuate the provisions of this article.
