Section 2770 - Administrative penalties; license suspension(a) In addition to other penalties provided by law, the Secretary may assess administrative penalties under 6 V.S.A. § 15 for each violation of this chapter. Each violation may be a separate and distinct offense, and, in the case of a continuing violation, each day's continuance thereof may be deemed a separate and distinct offense.(b) After notice and opportunity for hearing, the Secretary may suspend or revoke a license issued under this chapter for any violation of this chapter.Added 2019, No. 129 (Adj.
