Section 2494h - [Effective 1/1/2026] Cookware(a) A manufacturer shall not manufacture, sell, offer for sale, distribute for sale, or distribute for use in this State cookware to which PFAS have been intentionally added in any amount.(b) This section shall not apply to the sale or resale of used products.Added by 2024, No. 131,§ 3, eff. 1/1/2026.
