Section 228 - Sampler flights(a) The holder of a first-class license may serve a sampler flight of up to 32 ounces in the aggregate of malt beverages or hard ciders to a single customer at one time.(b) The holder of a first-class license may serve a sampler flight of up to 12 ounces in the aggregate of vinous beverages or ready-to-drink spirits beverages to a single customer at one time.(c) The holder of a third-class license may serve a sampler flight of up to four ounces in the aggregate of spirits or fortified wines to a single customer at one time.Amended by 2023 , No. 67, § 4, eff. 7/1/2023.Amended by 2022 , No. 177, § 12, eff. 7/1/2022.Added 2017 , No. 83, § 45.
