Section 5927 - [For Repeal, See Note] Executive head [Contingently repealed; Effective until contingency met]

As used in Article VII of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, the term "executive head" means the Secretary of the Agency of Human Services. The Secretary of the Agency of Human Services is hereby authorized to appoint a compact administrator in accordance with the terms of said Article VII.

Repealed by 2022 , No. 101, § 1, eff. 18 months from the date on which the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children as described in Section 2 of Act 101 of the 2021-2022 Legislative Session is enacted into law by 35 states.
