Section 5925 - [See Note] Placement of delinquent children

The term "executive head" in this State means the Secretary of Human Services. The Secretary of Human Services is hereby authorized to appoint a compact administrator in accordance with the terms of section 5907 of this title.

Added by 2022 , No. 101, § 2, eff. 18 months from the date on which the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children as described in Section 2 of Act 101 of the 2021-2022 Legislative Session is enacted into law by 35 states.
