Section 4601 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] DefinitionsAs used in this chapter:
(1) "Early care, health, and education" means all services provided to families expecting a child and to children up to the age of six, including child care, family support, early education, mental and physical health services, nutrition services, and disability services.(2) "Regional council" means a regional entity linked to the State Building Bright Futures Council to support the creation of an integrated system of early care, health, and education at the local level.Added 2009 , No. 104 (Adj.
