Section 1901j - Medicaid reimbursement for long-acting reversible contraceptives(a) As used in this section, "health care provider" has the same meaning as in 18 V.S.A. § 9402.(b) The Department of Vermont Health Access shall reimburse health care providers for the full cost of a device providing long-acting reversible contraception when the device is inserted during a Medicaid beneficiary's postpartum hospital stay.Added 2017, No. 138 (Adj.
