(a) The Capital Debt Affordability Advisory Committee shall prepare and submit consistent with 2 V.S.A. § 20(a) a report on:(1) general obligation debt, pursuant to subsection 1001(c) of this title; and(2) how many, if any, Transportation Infrastructure Bonds have been issued and under what conditions.(b) The provisions of 2 V.S.A. § 20(d) (expiration of required reports) shall not apply to the reports to be made under this section.Added 2003, No. 122 (Adj.
