(a) There shall be paid to the Secretary of State fees for filing as follows:(1) Articles of incorporation, $15.00;(2) Articles of amendment, $10.00;(3) Articles of consolidation or merger, $15.00;(4) Articles of conversion, $10.00;(5) Certificate of election to dissolve, $5.00;(6) Articles of dissolution, $5.00; and(7) Certificate of change of principal office, $5.00.(b) Such fees shall include two certified copies of the respective instruments.Amended 1963, No. 37, § 19.
