Section 3094 - Office of Child Support(a) The Office of Child Support is created within the Department for Children and Families and shall be designated the IV-D agency for purposes of Title IV-D of the federal Social Security Act.(b) The Office shall be headed by a Director who shall be appointed by the Secretary of Human Services subject to section 3054 of this title.Added 1989, No. 221 (Adj.
