(a) A permit may contain any conditions that the Department considers necessary to protect the public good.(b) No person granted a permit under this chapter is relieved of the responsibility to comply with any other applicable federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and permits.(c) A permit may be revoked by the Department in the event of violation of any condition attached to the permit.(d) Temporary emergency permits may be issued, pursuant to 3 V.S.A. § 2822(c).Added 1967, No. 308 (Adj.
