Section 3265 - Liability of municipality(a) A municipality that incurs indebtedness for or otherwise finances projects under this subchapter shall not be liable for the failure of performance of a project.(b) A municipality that incurs indebtedness for bonding under this subchapter shall pledge the full faith and credit of the municipality.Added 2009, No. 45, § 15j, eff. 5/27/2009.
