Section 3604 - [Renumbered from § 3602] Sewage system; constructionA municipal corporation may:
(1) construct, maintain, operate, and repair a sewage system;(2) pursuant to the procedures established in this chapter, take, purchase, and acquire real estate and easements necessary for its purposes;(3) may enter in and upon any land for the purpose of making surveys; and(4) may lay and connect pipes, stormwater management systems, and sewers as may be necessary to convey and treat stormwater runoff or sewage and dispose of sewage .Renumbered from § 3602 and amended by 2024, No. 143,§ 13, eff. 7/1/2024.Prior version renumbered as § 3606 by 2024, No. 143,§ 13, eff. 7/1/2024.
